A limited edition is a considered purchase — but your confidence matters.

Returns

Because each bottle is numbered to its owner, we accept returns only where the seal is unbroken and the presentation case is intact, within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged in transit

If your bottle or case arrives damaged, contact the concierge within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
